Hans may like to comment on this as well, but you might want to do more than
this.  The reason being that from V4R2 onwards, you will be able to imbed your
compile parameters in the H spec.  Because of this you're more likely to have
an H spec in the program.  That in turn means that the parameters you place in
the data area will never be used since the compiler does not look for this area
if an H spec is found.

My suggestion would be to code parameters such as these new ones in a /COPY
member and include that in every program.
