We went ahead and installed our CSU/DSU's after the phone company was
done. Since they did not see each other, we had the phone company come
back. They 
told me they found nothing wrong, it must be in my wiring.  However,
whatever the problem was in "my wiring" must have fixed it self, because
within a half hour the CSU/DSU's were seeing each other.
