That's why it's so tough to market against the NT systems. Why not talk about it? Well - if you'd comitted to improved service, lower costs, etc. and found you'd been sold a bum steer - would you talk about it in public? or even to your shareholders? One outfit is reputed to have burnt over $7.5M before they realised an NT solution couldn't work.
