Bill, Sure. Change the RUNQRY command so that it does not permit itself to run interactively. The command would be: CHGCMD RUNQRY ALLOW( *BREXX *BPGM *BATCH *EXEC) By eliminating the ALLOW(*IREXX *IPGM *INTERACT) options, the command processor will enforce your 'Queries in Batch' policy. jte P.S. You could probably acheive your ends by just eliminating the *INTERACT parm, but the other two parms can cause you the same types of problems.
