We use Showcase Strategy and like it quite a bit.  It can be a bit
expensive but beyond that it is nice:

1.) Will convert existing Query/400 queries
2.) For a PC based product you get a lot of server control (security,
performance, etc.)
3.) It is fairly easy to use - simple queries can be generated fairly
quickly.
4.) If you use JDE or Infinium they have nice integration pieces
to those packages.
