Are you connecting the IBM NPs via IP or SNA?
But I think you are right but again I'm 99% sure that you
need the IPDS card installed.

I'm pretty sure you need the IPDS card installed. I just installed 8 of
the IBM NPs and had to put the IPDS cards in to support that data stream.
Otherwise, SCS is all you get from the AS/400.
