We've been dropping SMTP alii into the QATMSMTPA file when we create new
user profiles. We create the SMTP name automatically, picking up last name
/ initials from the info we use to create our user system user profiles.

We can create duplicate entries in the QATMSMTPA file. Darned users have
the same last name and same initials. Latest was a set of 3 users with the
same alii.

This is NOT a nice thing. Since we have duplicates, EMail inbound can't
determine which profile gets the mail. Fortunately, the AS/400 fails safe,
and rejects the mail back to the sender.

The cure is to inspect the file and rework the duplicates.
