We discovered this bug during our Y2K analysis. We couldn't see ref's to
DTAARA's when running DSPPGMREF against CL pgm's compiled on our V3R7 system to
release V3R1. Thought I'd pass it along. It is fixed with PTF SF43359 (and a
recompile of effected programs!).

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR SA65765 :
  -----------------------------------------------
When a CL program that contains the command CHGDTAARA and/or
RTVDTAARA is compiled to a target release of V3R1M0, the
DSPPGMREF command does not show reference to the Data Area.

  CORRECTION FOR APAR SA65765 :
  -----------------------------
The CHGDTAARA and RTVDTAARA command objects in the QSYSV3R1M0
library were built incorrectly. This PTF contains the
corrected command objects, but the programs which use the
commands must be recompiled in order to use the new command
     object.
