PC5250 window won't go active when you click in it

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this problem.
I noticed it after going to 5763XD1 V3R1M3 with Service Pack SF46891.
When you have several active windows (may only be one or two PC5250
windows, but other things open like Explorer, Netscape Navigator,
Microsquat Outlook, etc.), and you click the mouse pointer somewhere in
the PC5250 window, it doesn't come to the top of the desktop.  You have
to click on the active taskbar at bottom of screen to get the PC5250
window to come active.

Anyone else see this ?
