Sounds like that is "D" for DUH for who ever did that !!! :-) I use the system reply list but here's what I do. The only ones that STAY in the list are ones automatically answering printer messages where specific printers are concerned. Otherwise, the program adds that reply list entry it needs and removes it when it is done, and this is done VERY selectively. It IS a useful tool when used properly !
