The following will put the objects' source information and creation
date/time into an outfile:

>DSPOBJD OBJ(*ALLUSR/*ALL)         
>        OBJTYPE(*PGM *FILE)       
>        DETAIL(*SERVICE)          
>        OUTPUT(*OUTFILE)          
>        OUTFILE(somelib/ODSERVICE)

The following will include the last source update date/time:

> DSPFD FILE(*ALLUSR/Q*)      
>       TYPE(*MBR)            
>       OUTPUT(*OUTFILE)      
>       OUTFILE(SOMELIB/FDMBR)

You could run a query or SQL against the outfiles with appropriate joins.
It'll be as close as you can get, I think. CPYSRCF, however, can wreak
havoc with dates.
