I've been a MI user for years....would be VERY interested in hearing a
comparison between the MI and Synapse!  I've had some strange problems
with MI and their tech support are coming back with "we don't know that
IBM modem (ECS "options" !) so call your IBM rep" kind of responses...and
I'm ALWAYS looking for a better mouse trap....also this manditory callback
that MI's gone to is a royal pain cuz I never know when they're gonna call
back or where the heck I'm gonna be!
