Before you power down, check your subsystems for a disconnect job. It may
be the failed job is in disconnect status. If you find the job end it.

Subject: CA/400 transfer PC to AS400: PC lockup and file still in use on
AS400?

Hello all:

I have a problem: One of our DE personnel tried to copy a file from her PC
to
an AS400 folder (this had been done several times before). Her PC
locked-up as
a result, and now no one can access the file, not even Qsecofr. The system
is
still seeing the file as still in use. Our lead programmer thinks the only
way
to get it back is to power down the AS400. Has anyone else had this
problem? I
would appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you
