Area Codes & Time Zones

Hello, Does anybody here on the list know where I can get a listing of 
area codes and their time zone. I had a list that I got from the Net, 
but now with all of the new code changes my list is not correct. 

I need this file in ACSII format so that I may use it with Access or 
Excel. I can download it from the Net if I need to.
