Ain't that the truth!  Now the employers are reaping their fruit of the
last 10 years.  Is it any surprise there's a shortage of highly skilled
AS/400 programmers?  Is it any surprise there is almost no new young
blood?  The only surprise to me is how many companies  _still_   think it
is just a matter of offering more money to get the talent they want.
