Yes, but there _were_ some bad drives that went out last year.  They worked
fine until you shut down the system for an extended period of time (say, over
Christmas holiday and say, operations had quit backing up your source with
BRMS because it "took too long" and say, you lucked out and found a manual
backup from two weeks prior on the "scratch" pile else you'd be back to July
and say, you had just come off of mandatory 50-hour weeks prior to Christmas
and say, you were _REALLY_ upset and _STILL_ get steamed when you think about
it).  Ahem, _anyhow_, we lost six drives over Christmas when the machines were
"quiesced".  Shades of the old "J" drives...
