       The best you can do is reset the recovery limits for your ETHLINE to 
     the maximum which is 99 recovery attempts with a 120 minute period.

Hi,
     
i'm sorry for shooting too fast. We found the problem: for testing a router 
we disconnected
the AS/400 from the ethernet hub. Then ETHLINE was unavailable.
     
Is there a way that the AS/400 reactivates the network interface 
automatically?
