Resolved: Shutdown problem when CA/400 active

Folks:

I recently resolved the problem I was having with shutting down Win95 
when CA/400 v3r1m2 was active.

Turns out there was a conflict with IE 4.01's active desktop that 
caused the hangup.

I upgraded to IE 4.01SP1 and my system is able to shutdown fine.
