They don't have much time if they want it up and running before Y2K.  Do they 
want
to buy a package or go for bespoke?  If the latter, they could look at my
company's Neural Database package.  This has a short learning curve, is very
productive and is scalable which would seem to be important.  If you would like
details, please let me know.
