You *may* need to purchase 5716FNT Advanced Function Printing Fonts/400. 
 GO LICPGM, option 11 and see if the font you want to use is on the list. 
 I have never tried to map a PC document to an overlay, so I have no 
direct experience with font mapping.  Generally, I make a graphic overlay 
(lines, logos, boxes, etc.,) and use DDS to place the text/data on top of 
that.
