Cleaning up joblogs is easy.
GO CLEANUP
1. Change cleanup options
Number of days to keep:                 
  User messages . . . . . . . . . . . . 
  System and workstation messages . . . 
  Job logs and other system output  . . 
  System journals and system logs . . . 
  OfficeVision for AS/400 calendar items
2. Start cleanup at scheduled time

Spooling Description                                                
  Spooled output queue  . . . . . . . . . . . : OUTQ       QEZJOBLOG
    Library . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :            QUSRSYS  

If not true then
CHGPRTF FILE(QPJOBLOG) OUTQ(QUSRSYS/QEZJOBLOG)
