In some situations this does not apply.  In our case we have 18 AS/400's 
running a mix of OS/400.  We only have ECS on the one AS/400.  That AS/400 is 
always running IBM's newest version.  If one of our earlier OS/400's need a PTF 
I'll order it on that machine and distribute it out.  It won't get coreq'a and 
prereq's.  So I'll read the cover page and check for these.  Then I'll check 
the SF97vrm to see if they are on a cum tape or have been superceeded.
