A million years ago, I beta tested the first color workstations.  At that
time, there were certain translations from DSPATR to COLOR that were assumed.

When OS/400 was announced in 1988, colors were used as a standard in the
overall design of the green screen look and feel.

There is a command in both the COMMON library (which I wrote) and in
TAATOOL (which Jim Sloan wrote) that illustrates this very clearly.  Both
commands are called DSPCOLORA.
