Don,

I sympathize with you however! realize that the good old USA is one of
the few places that is NOT   multilingual! Most other countries speak
English (albeit mostly bad English) as a third language. When we can
boast that we are multilingual then perhaps we could offer criticism.

Well said !!!  Perhaps you should consider running for President ! 

We have a Lab Information System vendor that you can barely read their
employee roster. It seem that all their technical people are from
outside
the USA, some working remotely.   I suppose there is nothing wrong
with
that, as long as they are able to comprehend what I'm attempting to
say and
vice versa. But it is frustrating when you must repeat things several
times
because they are attempting to understand you.
