Well, for those on V3R1M3 there's a fix at 
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/as400/products/clientaccess/win32/v3r1m3/files/sa76933/
IF - you have no need to connect to a S/36 (real or guest SSP) with PC5250 
(because you won't be able to after loading this fix).

However, at 
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/as400/products/clientaccess/win32/v3r2m0/files/ 
I see no fix for v3r2m0

    After IBMs record of trying to fix this problem, I think the only thing you 
can do is to to type slower :)
