Howard, Is the printer configured for host print transform *yes on the AS/400? If so, and you send a print > 80 columns to the printer, the AS/400 will try to rotate the page to landscape for you. One way that you can see if this is the case is by creating a print < 80 columns (maybe with Query/400) and send that to the printer. HTH, Mark Welte We are having a problem with a HP 6MI printing in portrait, darn thing says portrait everywhere you look, in CA or in Win but given a report from the SPOOLFILE, CA prints/delivers to printer, a Landscape rendition. Anyone know what's up with that? +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
