Following everyone else's comments, I'll leave the AS/400 out (other than to say
I HOPE they have REALLY done a legitimate study of this and that this figure is
correct !!!).

But I would imagine that any state and federal agencies would frown on this. No
auditor in their right mind would OK this.

And I would be VERY hesitant to do business with anyone that is going to give me
a receipt with a date 28 years ago (or is there a way to reset the registers ?).
"30 day money back guarantee ? Sorry, that expired 27 years, 11 months and 1 day
ago..."

OK, I'm NOT going to leave the AS/400 out... What model and release ? This 
figure
doesn't look like it would include a new box and software or does it ? They
REALLY cannot get a loan for something like this ?

Good luck but personally I'd stay away from them in case folks come "suing"...
