I asked a blind programmer (Yes totally blind) friend of mine if Braile buttons 
on ATMs were
helpful.  He said that without a Braile CRT to go with them they are as useless 
as braile labels for
the controls in his car. Drive-through or not, he does not use them.

But don't start me on the ADA!!!
