Have you tried creating the user profile, the deleting the user through OV/400 Administration, Work with Office Users ? May need to associate the newly created profile with the system directory entry for the office user before deleting. Wonder how you were able to delete the user profile in the first place if the user was enrolled in OV/400 ? Neil Palmer DPS Data Processing Services Canada Ltd. I'm trying to delete some directory and Office users from our system, but I can't cause every time I do it says it can't retrieve the user profile information. Which is correct because these users do NOT have user profiles. However, I'm trying to get rid of the OV and directory entries for them. This is a nasty cycle too cause if I try to delete them through working with the directory entries it tells me to go through OV. However, then OV tells me there are no user profiles. Is there any way to get rid of these entries??
