Heck NO but the myth and perception is that CA/400 is free. The Express Client shows it clearly during the install where there is a column called "license required" where display, printer, and file transfer are marked "YES". CA/00 licenses cost $270/copy up to the max for that processor. Then there is maintenance and then every 14 months or so, a $55. "upgrade" fee.
