Why don't we set a date of Tuesday at the start of the  "non-hour when you
can't do anything but goto expo and lab" timeslot?

As a venu, I'ld suggest we either meet at the bookstore or place a better
venu notice on the bookstore door on Tues a.m. and on m-l...

I'ld suggest we make this a brownbag lunch and we should by then know
where the deli's are...   

If history is any teacher, there's usually a meeting room in close
proximity to the bookstore and given the tentative schedule (or lack of
schedule) we could just move in for a hour...
