I would suggest leave a few frayed wires around hanging around the outside of 
the plug to give them a "reminder" when they go to unplug it !      :-)

Of course, being cleaners they probably just yank the plug out by the cord 
anyway !

We haven't had problems when doing PWRDWNSYS, but we did have problem when
cleaning person pulled power cord out of UPS and system went down HARD!
