     First, thanks to Dean Asmussen of Enterprise Systems Consulting, Inc. 
     for offering to but lunch for us.  To that end if the following time 
     is acceptable please let me know so I can forward the numbers to Dean.
     
     Second,  Is the lunch hour, Wednesday acceptable.  Unless we here 
     otherwise, it would be great if Charly will schedule a room for us.
