I have encountered some problems like this. The ADDJOBSCDE command does not
have all of the parameters as SBMJOB. Therefore, I assume it uses the
defaults for SBMJOB. You should check these.  

To avoid these kinds of problems you could specify SBMJOB as the command for
ADDJOBSCDE and explicitly set the parameters the way you want.
