TAATOOL command RTVDLTRCD will do it.  Basically, you can save the pf to a savf
and then open the savf and read the records in a hll language (eg. RPG).  There
is one byte that flags the record as deleted.  The hll will look for these
records and then recover them.  I think this will only work if you don't reuse
deleted records.
