Barry, If you need to script file transfers directly from the AS/400 using either bisync, async or FTP then we have a product for you. For async uses the ZMOD400 product functions a lot like PROCOMM and direct connects to banks are a large part of what we do. This being year end I'm sure the sales guys here could find you something in your budget! (I had heard that at one stage we were talking to Future 3 about providing connectivity to ANX - not sure where that is currently) You can call 770-8506966 or go to http://www.softwarejungle.com. Disclosure: Obviously I work for Trailblazer. > -----Original Message----- > From: Boyer, Barry [SMTP:bboyer@gstleather.com] > Sent: Wednesday, December 23, 1998 11:36 AM > To: 'MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com' > Subject: Communications > > > Pat Barber wrote---- > > Buck Calabro/commsoft wrote: > > > > >We are looking for an AS/400 based communications package. > > >The put it real simple--something that will function like > > >a CROSSTALK or PROCOMM on the PC; file transfer, scripting, etc. > > > > A "poor man's" resource is the command STRITF.
