In RPG IV you can use the PREFIX keyword on the F specs or on the D spec for
an externally defined data structure.  In RPG Classic you could rename file
fields with I specs.  

The PREFIX keyword is a great help in dealing with files that have identical
field names.  You can either prepend or overlay your qualifier.
