Hello Vikas,

SFLDSPCTL is not actually required although it is usually specified to ensure 
text such as column headings is 
displayed when the control record is written.  It is usually conditioned by an 
indicator so no data is sent 
to the screen when SFLCLR, SFLINZ, etc operations are performed.

SFLDSP is mandatory becuase without it no data in the subfile would ever be 
displayed.  This keyword should 
be conditioned with an indicator because there may be no data in the subfile 
inwhich case SFLDSP should be 
turned off to avoid an I/O error.
