Enabled?  If it is an AS/400, SNADS is enabled.  Active?  Check for an active
QSNADS subsystem on both boxes.  Configured?  Needs distribution queues and
directory entries.  CFGDSTSRV and WRKDIRE.

If you set up remote output queues, you may need the user QNETSPLF in the
directory entries.
