IBM is correct.  What we are all saying is DO NOT USE THE DLTLIB command
to
delete them.  Instead, use the DLTLICPGM command (or GO LICPGM take
option 12)
and delete *PRV CL Compiler support.  But once you do this, you can no
longer
compile any CL program with *PRV (or any previous named level) and
*Current.
