Thanks to the many people who responded to this problem...

The answer was that the manual is in fact online along with 
other manuals,, just not called Twinax tester... It is now
known as "Port Tester"... Very short and very easy to print
after I finally found it... It's maybe 12 pages in total...

Now could we have a moment of prayer for me, that theses
folks can actually put the ends on correctly... It's going to
be a long spring....
