IPL (message) Question...

Hi Folks !

After our weekly unattended IPL today, I noticed the message "Automatic
IPL may not have occurred." (CPI0919). The message text is "Cause . . .
. . :   A requested automatic IPL may not have been performed. The
internal machine values for QIPLDATTIM, QPWRRSTIPL, and QRMTIPL system
values were not available and may not have been used to control the IPL.
The  internal machine values have been reset from the system values."

Other than this message, EVERYTHING else is OK (i.e. all other messages
are "positive").

WHY weren't the system values available and is this cause for concern ?
We are on V4R1.
