Dave, I don't see eight additional lines of code as a serious complication. And since page numbers are just a part of the report, I doubt there's any problem with page numbers being reset. Actually, I have to do the same thing with some dayend reports that our fax server was choking on. There was a 100 page limit, and reports had to be broken into pieces to successfully xmit. Secondly, the page number will be reset to one when the printer file is re-opened, which obviously affects the output if page numbers are printed. I'm not sure if there's a way round this.
