If someone has an 8 in disk reader and reallly wants it, I think I've got the 
S/34
QGAMES library somewhere in the garage.

I don't know if I can find it quickly or if it still would be readable.

I also have all of those pictures: Abe, Mona Lisa, etc. that were a part of it.
