We have a model 2 also and it does reposition when pressing the start (it wastes only one page). You do have to press start a second time like someone else mentioned so that it is not stopped. When you were pressing eject only, you were experiencing the repositioning because the forms were unloading. The key is you need to set the top of form to get the form to reposition correctly.
