You can specify this in the WRKDIRE screens.  I myself put a really simple menu
called EMAILMNU with 2 options on it.  It could be better.  It's only for me to
use.

To enchance it for a user to use themselves, you could put a clp together to
retrieve the current user's usrid.

Everthing below is exactly how I have it with the exception of system-name where
I have my system name in there.

1.  Forward e-mail
CHGDIRE ??usrid(*n system-name) ??usrdfnfld((forwarding *none *n))
msfsrvlvl(fwdsrvlvl) prefadr(forwarding *n atmime)

2.  Cancel forwarding
CHGDIRE  ??usrid(*n system-name)  usrdfnfld((forwarding *none '  '))
msfsrvlvl(*sysms) prefadr(*smtp *n smtp)
