Don't to it.  Go to:
http://www.as400.ibm.com/developer/year2000/y2sysdat.html#steps
and print out this information.  A major reverse date change to an AS/400
without a scratch install will screw it up royally.

Save storage is simply too slow to be used today.  It's faster to scratch
and reload the system.  Note that spooled files will be lost.
