Any chance of doing it from the NT side?? That way you could run a batch
job on the NT to get the file
and then run whatever you needed to after that.

Subject: AS/400 as an http client
Hello all,
I know that the AS/400 can serve web pages but can an AS/400 program
request a page from another server?
We need this capability for the folowing reason:
Each nignt, our AS/400 send a files to an NT server via FTP. After
receiving the file, the NT server must start a process that will
incorporate the file's data into an intranet application. The way to start
the processing in the NT server is to request a web page that as a CGI
program linked to it.
We can not put a program on the NT server that would monitor activity on
the transfered file.
I hope my explanation is clear enought
Thank you in advance
