all of the FTP commands need to be written to a source physical file member.
Then, in the CL you do an OVRDBF FILE(INPUT) to the SRCPF member as well as an
OVRDBF FILE(OUTPUT) to a separate member for your log file.  after that you
simply put FTP RMTSYS(systemname) in your CL.
