I'm sure you'll get several options to address this issue. Magellan Software
(where I work) offers a product for spool file management called SpyView. It
allows the capture and archival of these reports, including storage on
optical jukeboxes. If you're interested, you can find out more at
www.magsoft.com. The benefit over standard methods would include report
compression and near-line storage to save your disk space...
